Instead, we&#8217;re creating a place with new tips, tools, insights, sources, and stories that can help us understand how to win this November.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"background-color: #ccc; height: 2px; margin: 50px auto 50px; width: 100px\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-x-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83d\ude21<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Republican strategists are looking at their own polling and concluding the winning message for Nov isn&#8217;t a record to run on \u2014 it&#8217;s fear.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An operative close to Trump&#8217;s political team told&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/2026\/07\/19\/republicans-midterms-hate-election\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Axios the plan is to make this a \u201chate election\u201d<\/a>, betting voters will dislike Democrats more than they dislike the GOP \u2014 even as the same Republican pollsters privately project Democrats could win the House majority, with Trump&#8217;s net approval underwater by double digits, so the goal is disillusionment and hate. But the same poll finds voters split almost evenly on which party they trust more on the economy, and Congress&#8217;s favorability is sitting at a near-record-low 25%, which means anti-Trump energy alone won&#8217;t convert into seats without candidates and a message people can actually vote for, not just against.
